Welcome! The Takahata Lab studies micro-electro-mechanical systems (MEMS), micro sensors & actuators, wireless microdevices, bioMEMS, micro/nanomanufacturing, microplasma control & application and more in the micro/nanotechnology areas.
We focus on non-traditional approaches in fabrication methods and materials to realize innovative technologies and products in broad application fields including biomedical, healthcare, environmental, communication, automotive and manufacturing.
