Power Model (Version 1.1)

Follow the steps below to setup the required software:

  1. Download and read the user's manual of this power model. The section 2 of this user manual contains intructions to download and install the software. Click the link to download the Power Model User's Manual

  2. Download the power model source code by clicking the following link: powermodel_v110.tar

  3. Follow the instructions in the section 2 of the user's manual to complete the setup for the power model

  4. Please send an email to stevew@ece.ubc.ca to let us know that you are using the model.

    Note: The current version of the power model works on Solaris-based Unix machines, and it can be compiled using g++ and gcc compilers. You may have to make modifications if you use other operation systems or compilers.

Note: The power model is built on top of SIS and VPR CAD tool. Therefore, you must download the original version of SIS and VPR before installing the power model. Please refer to the section 2 of the user manual.
