Lucid Dreaming Workshop

Lucid Dreaming means dreaming while knowing that you are dreaming. This consciousness allows you to guide your dreams. Incidentally, how do you know that you aren't dreaming right now?

This two hour introductory workshop will explore techniques, concepts and philosophies behind lucid dreaming. The intention is to present everyone who's interested with the opportunity to learn everything they need to become lucid.. Topics include:


The flow of the workshop will be dynamic, and questions or comments are more than welcome throughout.

Cost of the workshop is $10-13 sliding scale. If you pre-register by sending me an e-mail at steveo@canada.com then the price drops to $7-10. The price includes Lucid Awakenings, a 'zine that summarizes the information presented at the workshop. There will a limited number of seats for the first sitting, however if sufficient interest is generated additional workshops will be held.
