I
completed 3 years of post-doctoral research at UBC. Prior to that, I obtained the
M.A.Sc. and Ph.D. degrees at the Department of
Electrical and Computer Engineering, also at UBC, under the fine supervision of professors
Victor Leung and
Son Vuong. I am no longer formally associated with university,
but I am forever grateful for everything that I learned from them. I plan to
continue collaborating with professor Victor Leung and his hard-working students
at the Data Communications lab for as long as I can.
As of the summer of 2011, I am engaged in my
own private venture. You can find the most
recent information about me here.
For the time being, I have no further plans to update this webpage. You may find
some earlier versions of it on the
wayback machine.
While at UBC,
my research interests were in the following areas:
- Service discovery
in MANET/PAN
- Topology formation
and routing in MANETs/PANs
- Mobile software
agents
- Reinforcement
learning
- Peer-to-peer
networking
- Wireless Sensor
Networks
- Self-organizing
systems
- High-speed
networks
A short
description of the research projects that I was involved in is
