Undergraduate Student Services

Members of the Undergraduate Student Services team are available to help each student get the courses, program and support they need to achieve their goal. If you would like to discuss the career paths available in ECE, or need help with your schedule there are a number of people in the department that can help you. Dr. Sathish Gopalakrishnan and Dr. Farshid Agharebparast oversee program delivery and implementation. They handle more complicated situations including, but not limited to, cases involving pre/co-requisite waivers, transfer credit assessments, course substitutions/exemptions, and academic integrity. They are also available to discuss student questions related to program content, options, technical elective selection and career paths.

Mary designs and constructs Standard timetables (by finding rooms and resolving scheduling conflicts) and courses scheduling for Electrical and Computer Engineering department.  Mary can assist with course registration questions and general program information. Mary has worked at EECE since 2003 working on scheduling and assisting students with registration and understanding program requirements.  Mary can assist faculty with textbook adoption.
