abstract = {This paper presents an aggregate voltage and frequency dependent load model for power system dynamic studies. The model is used to aggregate loads with different data-specification formats, such as exponential and polynomial forms. To improve its accuracy, the model dynamically adjusts the exponents in the given load data. A network equivalent is derived with the load model for a faith topological representation of the original power network structure. The model is valid in the wider ranges of voltage and frequency in load representations than conventional load models. The paper presents the basic equations of the new aggregate load model.},
